Girish Dabir is a highly regarded healthcare executive whose 35-plus years career encompasses successful domestic and international growth. Experiences in consumer healthcare and the surgical industry played an important role in establishing a manufacturing unit of hospital equipment and mobility aids. Further Qualified as a technical Prosthetic and Orthotic spent years of experience in developing new product franchises with the healthcare industry, he helped lead the shift to medical equipment sales and later to consumer-driven healthcare as Director of Orthopaedic Industries, Pune. He has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development in India.

Since its inception in 1983, Orthopaedic Industries has always adopted a holistic approach towards its patients because of the contribution of Mrs. Anita Dabir, qualified in MA Commerce and specialized to interact with “Deaf and Dumb”. Being a kind individual and a person of absolute integrity, her path-breaking medical service and generosity have helped Orthopaedic Industries earn excellent goodwill in society. Presently she co-ordinates with staffs and ensures that all members perform their duties to promote company goals and reach their full potential as individuals.

Saurabh Dabir joined Orthopaedic Industries in 2013 after completing his Bachelor’s degree in prosthetics and orthotics from All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai under Maharashtra University of Health Science, Nashik. He holds many roles within the organizations starting from patient care
to ensure that our referral sources are pleased with our services. He also coordinates and communicates with the physicians, taking into account the marketing efforts for our clinic.
He keeps himself upgraded to provide the state-of-art services by certifying into Scott Socketology (USA), Iceross Socketology, Saddle casting, unity technology, Microprocess system – Like Rheo knee XC, Touch bionic- I Limb Quantum and so on. He has also developed a special interest in Lower Limb Prosthetics and Upper Limb Splinting.
His energy and Enthusiasm and ability to bond instantly with people are the driving force behind the success of the company.

Sohini Dabir is our Clinical P&O since 2016. With her Progressive approach is committed in providing exclusive patient care and motivating them for their independent life. She earned her graduation degree as a gold medalist in Bachelor’s in Prosthetics and Orthotics from All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai and completed her post-graduation as a gold medalist in Masters in Prosthetics and Orthotics from Indian Spinal Injuries Center, New Delhi. She gained broad knowledge and experience by certifying herself in Wheelchair skills and Cosmetic Restoration course, further certifying into Scott Socketology (USA), Iceross Socketology, Saddle casting, unity technology, Microprocess system – Like Rheo knee XC, Touch bionic- I Limb Quantum (Ossur Academy) and even as foot Balance Medical Expert.
Apart from her ability to easily connect with patients, she is also actively engaged in Lectureship at various colleges like Sinhgad College of Physiotherapy, Pune, LSFPEF’s College of Physiotherapy, etc. It is her firm belief that adequate awareness can go a long way in preventing the incidence of mishap.
She is closely associated with few hospitals like Shahade Hospital, Pune, Shushrut Hospital, Sangli and Ranade Hospital, Mahad as a Consultant P&O. She ensures to rehabilitate the patient completely from agonizing pain to smiling face.
